Fewer runs this week: 6 concurrent, down 1 from last week. Same format, same offer, a different mix of markets under the same conditions.
The week closed at 21,949 tickets and $1.11M in total revenue, against $114,345.84 in media investment. Blended cost per acquisition landed at $5.21 a ticket; blended return on ad spend at 9.71x. Those are the numbers that get quoted. The more useful ones sit underneath them.
Across the 6 runs, CAC ranged from $4.37 to $7.29 per ticket. The largest run by volume was also the cheapest to acquire this week. The correlation between scale and efficiency held at the top of the range. At the bottom of the range, the pattern broke. The smallest run was not the priciest one to acquire.
Net revenue per attendee ranged from $39.30 to $48.41 across the same 6 runs. The cheapest run to acquire also produced the most net revenue per person, as expected. The most expensive run did not produce the least though. That extreme sat somewhere in the middle of the per-person range.
Week 22 adds runs back to the lineup. Whether the read changes with more data is the next test.
