Weeks with softer demand test a format more honestly than strong ones. When volume falls across the board, the question is whether the efficiency of the best runs survives or whether everything drifts up together. Week 36 gives a fairly clear answer: the ordering survived, the levels did not.

The week closed at 18,140 tickets and $910,042.80 in total revenue, against $127,477.20 in media investment. Blended CAC landed at $7.03, the highest of the last nine weeks; blended ROAS at 7.14x, the lowest over the same stretch. It is also the first week in that stretch below a million dollars in revenue.

Across the 7 runs, CAC ranged from $5.85 to $9.01. Both ends of the volume range held, the top only narrowly. The largest run, 4,156 tickets, bought at $5.85, four cents below a run just 99 tickets smaller. The smallest, 1,515 tickets, paid $9.01, the highest of the week. No run got below $5.85, and five of the seven paid more than $6.90.

Two of the 7 runs carry direct labels: the highest and lowest CAC of the week. The other 5 sit in between, from $5.89 to $8.81 CAC.

Net revenue per attendee ran from $36.29 to $46.80, and neither end of the CAC range lined up with it. The cheapest run to acquire returned $46.14, a near tie with the top, which went to a run that paid $8.11 to acquire. The most expensive run returned $38.90, while the floor went to a mid-cost run at $6.98 CAC. In a soft week, what each attendee is worth varies as much as what each attendee costs, and the two do not track each other.

Run count holds at 7 next week. A week this soft sets a low bar; the next one shows how fast it can be cleared.
