7 concurrent runs again this week, the same count as last week. Same format, same offer, a different mix of markets. The spread is the headline: the most expensive ticket acquired this week cost more than three times the cheapest, under one offer, inside one week.

The week closed at 26,150 tickets and $1,331,739.55 in total revenue, against $156,084.53 in media investment. Blended cost per acquisition landed at $5.97 a ticket; blended return on ad spend at 8.53x. Those are the numbers that get quoted. The more useful ones sit underneath them.

Across the 7 runs, CAC ranged from $4.22 to $13.53 per ticket. The bottom of the range held with no ambiguity. The smallest run of the week, 914 tickets, paid the most per acquisition by a wide margin, more than $5 above the next most expensive run. The top was closer. The largest run, 8,070 tickets, landed at $4.32, ten cents behind a run little more than half its size. Scale still bought efficiency at the top; it just did not win outright.

Two of the 7 runs carry direct labels: the volume and efficiency extremes. The other 5 sit in between, from $4.32 to $8.20 CAC.

Net revenue per attendee ranged from $37.23 to $47.62, and this time the high end of the CAC range aligned. The run that paid the most to acquire also returned the least per attendee, losing on both sides of the equation at once. The rest of the field is compressed: strip that one run out and per-person yield across the other six sits between $39.52 and $47.62, with acquisition cost between $4.22 and $8.20. One market can widen a whole week’s distribution.

Whether a 3x acquisition spread is the new normal or this week’s accident is what the coming weeks answer.
