The lineup grows again this week to 7 concurrent runs, 1 more than last week. Same format, same offer, a different mix of markets under the same conditions.

The week closed at 23,223 tickets and $1.20M in total revenue, against $141,466.65 in media investment. Blended cost per acquisition landed at $6.09 a ticket; blended return on ad spend at 8.48x. Those are the numbers that get quoted. The more useful ones sit underneath them.

Across the 7 runs, CAC ranged from $3.48 to $8.21 per ticket. The largest run by volume was not the cheapest to acquire this time. A smaller run undercut it on CAC. At the bottom of the range, the read held. Less volume meant a higher cost per acquisition.

$4 $6 $8 5,000 Tickets sold CAC ($) 1,948 tickets highest CAC: $8.21 4,809 tickets lowest CAC: $3.48
Two of the 7 runs carry direct labels: the volume and efficiency extremes. The other 5 sit in between, from $5.39 to $8.04 CAC (muted, unlabeled).

Net revenue per attendee ranged from $42.35 to $47.27 across the same 7 runs. Cost per acquisition and net revenue per person moved independently this week. Neither CAC extreme produced a matching extreme on the per-person yield side.

Week 16 trims the lineup down again. Whether the same read holds with fewer runs is the next test.
