Tickets sold
26,679
Total revenue
$1.38M
Blended CAC
$5.60
Blended ROAS
9.2x

The run count holds steady at 7 this week, unchanged from last week. Same format, same offer, a different mix of markets under the same conditions.

The week closed at 26,679 tickets and $1.38M in total revenue, against $149,523.23 in media investment. Blended cost per acquisition landed at $5.60 a ticket; blended return on ad spend at 9.25x. Those are the numbers that get quoted. The more useful ones sit underneath them.

Across the 7 runs, CAC ranged from $4.55 to $8.23 per ticket. At the top of the range, the correlation broke again. Scale did not buy the lowest cost per acquisition this week. The bottom of the range behaved as expected. The smallest run was also the most expensive to acquire.

Two of the 7 runs carry direct labels: the volume and efficiency extremes. The other 5 sit in between, from $4.69 to $6.61 CAC (muted, unlabeled).

Net revenue per attendee ranged from $42.44 to $49.21 across the same 7 runs. At the high end, CAC and per-person yield lined up: the priciest run to acquire yielded the least. At the low end, they did not: the cheapest run to acquire was not the best yielding one.

Week 14 trims the lineup down again. Whether the same read holds with fewer runs is the next test.
